Who is Fixing the Problem?
Bits and pieces of a solution have recently been offered by health plans and vendors in the form of simple data collection and forms delivery web sites. Internally vendors and clearinghouses have built stop-gap solutions to their data collection, storage, and tracking needs by developing in-house solutions using spreadsheets, simple database software platforms and in some cases third party Client Tracking/CRM software systems.
Until now no specific software application was available that could provide a complete solution to this complex problem.
